Q: Does Plymouth Language Program offer in-person classes?

A: We will begin offering English 1 as an in-person class in the fall of 2023. At this time, all of our other classes are only offered online. Fortunately, that means that you can attend from anywhere with an internet connection!

Q: Will you offer additional in-person classes in the future? 

A: We may consider offering additional in-person classes in the future. If you would like to attend class in-person, please email us at plymouthesl@gmail.com to indicate your interest. 

Q: Are Plymouth Language Program’s courses open to everyone?

A: Yes, absolutely! We welcome all people to join our classes, whether they are in-person or online.

Q: Can I receive college credits?

A: Plymouth Language Program is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting language education. Because we are not accredited, we cannot grant college credits.

Q: Can Plymouth Language Program help me get a visa to study in the U.S.?

A: Since we are not an accredited institution, our courses do not fulfill any visa requirements. 

Q: How long is each class?

A: Each class is one hour in duration. The semester lasts thirteen weeks.

Q: Why am I being asked to pay $5 in order to register?

A: The $5 deposit for our English courses holds your spot in the class. Once you attend 75% or more of the classes during the semester, the $5 will be refunded to you.

Q: When will I receive the Zoom link for my course?

A: Your Zoom link will arrive via email the week before the semester begins.

Q: When and how can I expect to connect with my teacher?

A: Your teacher will be in contact with you via email the week before the semester begins.
